Our minimums are low — as few as 24 hats per design, and small runs on shirts and apparel too, which makes us a great fit for small businesses, teams, and events testing a new design. Patch minimums vary by style (embroidered, woven, PVC, or leather), so send us your artwork through the quote form and we’ll confirm the minimum for your exact project.
Do you charge for design or artwork setup?
No. Send us your logo, a rough sketch, or even just an idea and our designers will refine it, digitize it for embroidery or format it for printing, and send you a free mockup for approval before anything goes into production. You never pay for a design you haven’t approved.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom hat, patch, and apparel orders ship within 2–3 weeks of art approval. If you’re up against an event deadline, let us know — we can often accommodate rush timelines to hit your date.
How do I choose between embroidery, patches, screen printing, and digital printing?
It depends on your product and your design. Direct embroidery gives hats and polos a classic, durable look. Patches (embroidered, woven, leather, or PVC) add a retail, vintage-style finish. Screen printing delivers crisp, full-color graphics on shirts and flat-panel hats, while digital printing handles detailed, multi-color artwork in smaller runs. Not sure? Can you source specific hat and apparel brands?
