Embroidered Style
The embroidering of patches is an age-old tradition, combing a backing material with artfully stitched thread, forming the predetermined pattern of choice. These patches display your design through a multitude of colors and shapes and can be attached by a variety of adhesive options. From classic attachment styles, like sewing the patch directly onto the fabric, to more contemporary solutions, like hook & loop, iron-on, and heat-activated adhesive, your patches are sure to be safe and secure.
Iron On Backing

Woven vs Embroidered
The main difference between embroidered and woven style patches is the level of detail that can be achieved. Woven patches are better at portraying fine detail and letters can be smaller and still legible. How much do custom patches cost?
Pricing depends on three things: the patch style, the size, and the quantity you order. Embroidered and woven patches are priced by size, PVC by size and 2D vs 3D design, and leather by size and shape. Per-patch pricing drops significantly on bulk orders. Send us your logo for an exact quote and a free mockup.
What is the minimum order for custom patches?

Can you make a patch if I don't have a finished logo?
Yes. We offer free design support — send a rough idea, a sketch, or a logo that needs cleanup, and our design team will refine it for your patch style, then send a mockup for approval before production.
How long do custom patches take?
Samples typically take about 7–8 business days, and production runs roughly 10–12 business days plus shipping depending on the style and quantity. Rush options are available — each patch style page has the exact timeline.
